After that ask for making a note about the damage no later than 24 hours after accepting the delivery.
Do not postpone announcing a complaint! After you record the damage, please contact us on: +420 485 107 441 to agree on the process of sending the new consignment.
If you accept the damaged delivery and ascertain the damage or loss of the content later after opening it, we cannot actively enter into potential complaints procedure between you and the courier service. Dealing with complaints can be more complicated.
